Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original BOLDE packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
